This man is amazing and has done so much for mankind, shamefully the average person doesn't even know this man!!!! Here he was at 28 years old, standing on a stool looking at evil literally steps away at the Nuremberg Trials. Not only did he coin the term "crimes against humanity", he (and the rest of the team) was able to convict every one of the 22 men that the courtroom only had room for. This man is a real treasure to our world. His gumption and tenacity is a real gift. In his 100th year, he is still sharp as a sword! God bless you, Ben Ferencz!!

I wanna hug and kiss him and say thank you to him. It's unbelievable how you can love someone so dearly, thousands of miles away having never met them. Thank you for all that you've done, Ben.

This guy faced down the worst of the Nazi regime, constructed whole new hierarchies of international law, and all at the age of 27. And he's STILL kicking! The fact that this guy isn't a household name is extraordinary

@@carnage0685 He did. I sent this interview to BBC HARDtalk in 2017 and by golly they sent Zenieb Bahdarwi to interview him. That interview was used on the BBC news. His passing has been noted and I got in there when he was still a young man

He realised war was stupid. Indeed it is. Law not war. "All crimes are committed in war". Despite the lessons of history crimes against humanity continue to be perpetrated. Ben Ferencz was a great human being.

You re wrong , as a ham an egger of a radio host I ve learned that time can be you re enemy when you have to jam alot of info in a 1 hr show or less especially with a long winded guest like Ben especially when he stays on one topic longer than he should .She needs him to move along to piece together his interesting life and career in 49 min.The good part is you ask him one question and he takes it from there and almost interviews himself but you need hours to do him and her justice . In spite of my long winded answer ,He is a wonderful man .

My father , pulled the trigger on more German combatants than most ! His fist shot at the enemy! A Spandau was replied with 2 hrs from 12 to 13 spandaues approx 10,000 rounds while he moved around the ditch he had fired from! That's a 10,000 to one ratio !
