Idk why Howard even did that cause the ball was uncatchable. 2nd PI 2:33- I disagree both WR’s were engaged, D Hopkins hand two hand on him just the same. 3rd PI 4:16- Tick Tacky but I can see it cause Howard’s bumped him BUT DB should have every right to the ball as the WR. Howard was trying to get the Int and fell into Hopkins 4th PI 5:11- ABSOLUTELY correct, yanked him down. Overall, Howard did a great job on Hopkins.

Again, Howard extends his arms and shoves Hopkins while the ball is in the air. Howard makes no attempt to turn head. 4:13 - That is PI on Howard. Hopkins is in position, and Howard just bowls right into Hopkins before the ball gets there. Maybe you think the rules are soft, but the solution is to change the rules, not to stop enforcing them. There are ways to play physical defense without resorting to PI; Xavien Howard committed PI penalties in these three situations.
