This is a great way to test camera auto focus my goodness Dean haha. It's so cool seeing the kids start collecting. I started when the cards first came out, i had a binder full, not sure what edition but i was 15 in 1999 so could have been first edition. Unfortunately no idea where that binder is, but probably would have been worth some good money.

I've been digging down into this Pokemon rabbit hole lately and it's fascinating. While I'm not completely surprised, it's still pretty crazy to see how popular this is with people of all ages, and how much money some of those cards are worth. I'm 40 so I think I saw the beginning of Pokemon and I never thought it would be the phenomenon it is now. Oh and I found your channel through a channel called Coop's Collection, this random guy had a card binder and it was signed by a bunch of collectors like you and I guess Poke Chloe😀

So, even though you gave away more ETB's then planned, the overall day for you was a great day for sales. Giving out the free packs is very solid of you. The one kid who is probably a regular for you who won a bunch of ETBs, though it's bitter sweet giving them out. Just know that it created a memory for him that he will never forget. The little bro could be 80 years old with Alzheimer's and still remember that day and what happened. That's what pokemon TCG is about. I'm sure that you can count on one hand the epic pulls that you had as a kid and what they meant to you. Im sure it's part of the reason you opened your shop due to those memories. Im sure that this will be one of those types of memories for him and thats an awesome thing. Wouldn't have happened if you weren't the generous people that you are.
