I can see how Absolutely in love and happy you are with him. Can’t wait to see all the steps of training through the years. And I can’t wait till you get back to your riding and training tips videos. Best of luck with him and I am going to be in North Carolina for the first time next week. Can’t wait to see how beautiful it is out there.

Oh how fun! What part of NC are you going to visit? Yes, I had to take a break from KZbin for a little while to focus on launching my second business, Level Up Equestrian but now that it’s up and running, I’ll have more time for videos! 💜

Greensboro. I was immediately thinking of you when we were making plans. My sister also lives out there. About 45 mins from Greensboro. I would love to take a lesson from you someday when I am in the state.

Love the super-powered, high-speed grooming technique! How can I learn that? Looks like a great time saver! 😎

I have a question... Why do you teach the trill sound over whoa? I've also seen some trainers teach "stand" instead of "whoa", but they were originally from another country so I figured it was just different there. But I've not heard of the trill sound before, for stopping.

Thank you so much for taking the time to break it down and explain! Your little guy is just absolutely adorable, and I'm sure he'll fill out super nicely like his brother :) Also, I was curious, what type of boots are you wearing in this video btw?

Make the high pitched sound a car makes when the brakes squeal. You know what I mean? EEERRRRRRR! Lol Don’t worry, there are a lot of people that can’t roll their R’s

I recently got an ottb that hadn't been lunged a lot before. I tried lunging him and he has a habit of wanting to change directions or come in, I then of course tell him that he can't and then he has a tantrum and rears up, almost to the point of falling over. Hopefully this behavior will stop as i haven't been letting him change directions on his own terms even when he rears. He also has the habit of not wanting to move forward when being lead, i'm stuck on how to get him to move as when i use pressure he just runs backwards, any suggestions? :)
