Nailed it there, Dean, considering the weather, got caught out a few years ago, night fishing in very high winds and bent the frame of the bivvy....nearly turned into a kite..well done m8, great vlog..👍👍

Found all of this very insightful. Real gold and well edited into a very interesting video. I want to get into using dumbbell wafters but once or twice I’ve reeled in to find it’s lost its buoyancy and it’s been lying on its side. Would that worry you presentation wise or are the carp going to take a bite regardless if it’s popped up or on its side?

@@JB12132 over time the waiter does lose it pull, but it’s still sitting prepped ready for a pick up, the hook is always flat on the deck so I generally think it doesn’t make that much difference, I think it just looks better to us anglers if its popped up, But to a carp grubbing around.?? I think it’s gonna have a go.
