Earlier this year I decided to change my eating habits and started exercising just to be happier in my own body. I have always been eating food that is nourishing and healthy. There are times when I craved for "unhealthy" food but I deprived myself from eating them because I was afraid it would make me feel bad afterwards. Which eventually.. led to binge eating. When I couldnt stop eating even though my stomach was full but my mind isnt. I told myself tmr I will start healthy eating again. But sometimes the next day I start off eating healthy then back to the binge again. At times I feel so lonely and depressed inside because nobody around me understands my situation. I really want to let go of this bad cycle and live happily without having this eating disorder.. Sorry for this long message. I just want to let it out and share with somebody. Thank you for having this wonderful channel because It has helped me a lot thank you thank you Jasmine❤

However, we frequently pass by those who could not reach the same standard of life we have. Those who do not make as much money as we do.
