Dear Mario, I studied in a Christian school, sung hymns in the school choir every morning, sat through nativity scenes and participated in Christmas festivities at school. The school fathers would even take the young children to the church inside the school to pray to Christ, without our parents' permission. No Muslim/ Hindu/ Sikh child or parent ever registered a complaint because of it. We, the people of India, are not intolerant! My school was also Catholic! The school made every child collect donations for the Christian orphanage in our town every single year, n every single child, irrespective of religion, would bring generous donations! Sir, I didn't understood your concern ? Also as I am born and brought up in a Christian family , studied in a convent and went to different denomination churches. I know in main line churches (like Catholic , CNI, CSI or an Big Organized National Churches) we have a system of Parish and under which Local Churches. People from that local are encouraged to attend the local community Church. The new Independent Church are different. In That No matter where you live you can attend and encouraged to travel to the church. Many People these days don't understand that , in what is the basis of local church. They are their so one can know who all live in that locality and can help and encouraged each other in times of need. On the other hand New Independent Churches mostly Pentecostal Churches encourage to attend their favorite Church. They don't understand in this manner, one will automatically gets attracted to the place where he Likes the Pastor or The Crowed or the Setup. And if in future he dislikes an of this, he can move on to another church. This is not Good for the Bod of Christ. In Local Church we learn to live with different kid of people and most of the time we live within limit. Young People should understand , this strengthen the Body of Christ.

Brother, I have seen catholics asking for half the price which was ridiculous. One Catholic buyer kept calling me repeatedly and said others who purchased apartments in the same building at at higher rate than what he offered were taken for a ride. The reality is they (catholics) take advantage of the situation and push a hard bargain. I am open to whoever pays a good price as I am not for selling at a loss (my view) and don't have anything against any community. Also if for a moment we go with way that you are proposing even before the ink dries on the contract for the property that you have just sold, it will be resold by the new owner to the next highest bidder for the same property. This is in line with the example you have said about how your friend sold it to Catholics at a loss who then resold it again to someone else at a profit. So in short you incur a loss while someone else gains. We all need to live in harmony with other and show the love of Christ. That is the way Christ would want us to live. God bless
