ive never commented on a video before but i wanted to say thank you so much for sharing something and someone so important with us 🫶 i luckily came across your older videos earlier tonight and you said your “why” for content creation was helping at least one person out there and i just wanted to let you know that you inspired and helped me! grief is so different for everyone so im not sure the words that would comfort your heart most, but im rooting for you and i can guarantee your grandma is so proud of her Yinyi too. your grandma seems like the absolute loveliest person. some people (including me) believe grief isn’t something that you really “move on” from, but youll grow to coexist with it, so give yourself the time and we’ll be here when you’re completely ready to come back. take care of yourself ! ❤️

You have taken it upon yourself to encapsulate pain and complexity of grief… take all the time and space you need to grieve the way that best honors your love for your grandmom. Just please know that your words in your letter apply to you, too “I hope you know how loved you are. I hope you know you were never truly alone in life”. Some of us may not have had the pleasure of knowing your grandmom personally, but we can see just how much love there is.

Knowing you, it’s clear your grandma was such a bright light in your life. She taught her granddaughters to be strong, live fully, and laugh often. That last clip truly got me...
