The Public Defender’s office is funded by the state in which it is located. The chain of command for complaints are as follows: The Governor of each state, Chief Public Defender (who is appointed by the Governor) Deputy Public Defender and Assistant Public Defenders which is what Nestor’s attorney is. You can also complain about him to the National Bar Association and Board of disciplinary counsel . They take complaints very seriously. I’ve seen several Public Defenders receive disciplinary action including being suspended from practicing and even disbarred from practicing law. Please follow up on this guy. You can also see how many other complaints he has received and any action taken by the Bar as it is also public record so you could actually use that info to dox him since he called himself doxing or embarrassing yall

We live in a country that has the First Amendment. And that's why they have the Rule 22. Prior to social media, tv news stations, newspaper journalists, magazine journalists, and independent journalists all did the same thing. Media has expanded because of the internet/social media and how the public receives what is their right in this country to report on judicial cases.
