When I here that is sounds like subtlety planting seeds of mistrust and paranoid with ones parents. That done not sound like good advice to give any body especially young impersonal children.Their are dysfunctional house holds yes but the poem paints it as if every family is bad and not to reality in times of distress.

Beautiful! I’m into writing my own poems and quotes. But, I remember at school being picked to read my poem I had written about the children in Brazil in São Paulo and feeling so nervous and I was shaking immensely and my voice was apparently so faint that only the first few rows in the school could hear! I think 🤔 many clapped out of pity at the time! I have more power as a woman to speak up today, but it’s taken me years! A lot to do with my childhood I guess?! But, I want to congratulate you for your beautiful , inspiring and thought provoking words and your beautiful strong and charismatic presence! Standing there with confidence and admirably so , on KZbin well done 👍 you! Keep shining your light and empowering so many! Love and light 🙏🏼💜🕊😇💫💫

It's so important for young women to have this kind of people in our lives. When you grow up with narcisit parents and they don't value you, one grows up with many issues such as low self esteem and insecurities. As consequence, we spend the rest of our lives trying to heal what was broken as a child. It can be done but it's rough and one never truly recover. Great poem. Be blessed little sis😍😘

moved to tears. you are well spoken and inspiring. i showed my 7 year old this video. she is still too young to understand how important your message is.. but not too young to hear a passionate woman who is well versed in struggle. i only hope my daughter can learn from a woman like yourself and learn to embrace her struggles, learn from them, and use her privilege to help better the lives of so many before and after her time. thank you for sharing.

Dear Young Woman By Britta Badour aka Britta B. I hope you find you I hope you find love I see all the armour you wear I see all the jewels and gems of wisdom you share It's okay to shine, ma It's okay to shine It's okay to have pride, ma You don't have to live a lie Don't let the violence fool you into silence convincing you that you're not worthy of space and time You might not know it yet but you got a multi-dimensional set of eyes looking out for you Someday you'll be part of that legacy and become a guiding light too Trust that what is meant for you is relying on you to show up Show up. You can lose your religion but you will never lose your spirit Each of your breaths have minds and LIVES of their own I doubt we'll ever know the full impact of our presence but do you notice that even at your lowest your aura orbits this quantum measure of hopefulness? The more inner kindness the less the focus is of brokenness Young Woman I wish you enough I wish you enough time for all of your skills and talents I wish you more I wish you more revelations than disrespects and regrets and I beg you to believe in yourself more than your parents ever did Carry out your curiosities in spite of the corruptions you experience You let yourself free when you let yourself forgive So when you do (and I know you will) I hope you find you I hope you find love again

The greatest empowerment every woman should have is being empowered financially and mentally. This way you will be at the top of your food chain. Being finally free is one thing every woman should be looking after. I wasn't financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly basis via my investment and got 5 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made. Great video! Thanks for sharing! Very inspiring! I love this.
