Omg you've had it for 10 years??! 😭 Mine was only a 10 months and I was STRUGGLING - so glad it's gone now 😪 Not sure if there's an english name for it but in Korean it's 도모호론액! It's specifically for use on the scalp though so you'll probably need a different one for the patches on your face 💕

Probably your medications would be doing good,but for natural remedy you can use turmeric and garlic more, bathing with epsom salt or tea tree(if not allergic) and can use aloevera anytime, coconut oil before bathing this will help a lot. Gonna be a doctor in a year✌️😊
