It's simple, most KFP characters would destroy death in hand-to-hand combat (Tai Lung, Shifu, Tigress....) others like Oogway and Kai would also have their 'hax' to their advantage, but only Kai, Po and probably Oogway could defeat him as they literally overcame death (Oogway wasn't shown to do this but he probably could) and are immortal. The spirit realm is the afterlife for those powerful enough, just because Kai lost against Po doesn't mean he is completely dead, he was overwhelmed with chi, something I doubt death could do. Death is also immortal (probably) though so he wouldn't lose either, unless death is like a mantel that gets passed on if he is defeated but that is just speculation since death as a concept can't die.

I feel like Death is overated in a battle. He isn’t faster than Tai Lung since it took death 4 seconds to run 17 feet while Tai Lung literally went 70 miles per hour while crawling. Experience is a free point if you opponent is more powerful, too. Death also got beat up by Puss in the final battle, when Puss destroyed Death’s weapon. Puss has the same strength as a normal house cat and still unarmed Death. Unlike he says, Death isn’t death. Death (The wolf) is just bounty hunter. He didn’t tank Puss’s hits any better than what Death fished out to him. He may not die, but his physical body can be destroyed, especially considering people like Po and Shifu have access to a nerve attack. His physical body does not linger everywhere, he can seemingly teleport anywhere, but isn’t everywhere to the point it’d even be an advantage. He doesn’t get BIQ and IQ, since we don’t know how much he even applies it or uses it. Even then Puss seemed to get an upper hand on him, although I do believe if the battle dragged on. Puss would lose.

@@kyleb7974 Death said it himself he was toying with puss at the end of the fight.He is and can go anywhere.He was able to find his way to the wishing star and was able to easily keep up with puss so he does take iq and biq.Even if his physical body can be destroyed there is still something that is widely believe but I will save that for next time

@@cocobean3996 At the end of the fight, he regretted ever toying with him in general, because he sat around and watched as Puss suffered from his mortality. He however didn’t expect Puss to disarm him, which is why he was shocked when he split his weapon. He was done toying with him by the end why is why he said he “enjoyed” the chase. Teleportation doesn’t equal speed. Puss is also nowhere near the Kung Fu Panda characters in IQ or BIQ.
