@@maverick3024 Joe Musashi vs Strider Hiryu (Sega's Shinobi vs Capcom's Strider) Connections: Both are iconic video game ninjas who wield swords said to cut through anything (Musashi sword Hazy Moon and Striders falchoin) and use them to take on evil world dominating companies in futuristic yet primitive worlds ruled by shadowed masters. While both were weak as children in training, they did not give up, and grew up to be the youngest, strongest, and most successful member of their organization (Musashi clan and Strider program). When the companies they would frequently fight started their plans, Both Joe and Hiryu were chosen despite their age to finish the mission, and they did so with flying colors, leading to their recognition. In the real world, both of their games were made in the 80’s by successful companies that later turned 3rd party, and their games were so good that they were heavy hitters in sales, even when compared to the companies, ironically, blue mascots (Sonic for Joe and Mega Man for Hiryu). Though they have been out of the spotlight for a while, both have returned in other games (numerous car games and that one Sega App Store fighting game for Joe, and Marvel vs Capcom for Strider). There's probably more but that's the basic gist. I don't really mind what music it is so long as it's hype/Ninja based lol.
