I can see why Gojo wasn't the protagonist. He knows he's at the top of the food chain, but rather then just being the chosen one, he wanted to do more by being the one that raised the standard for the actual protagonist. He would be much happier knowing that good people would surpass him.

Chainsaw man is put it simply "chaotic", the mangaka tatsuki fujimoto is known for making manga that will be very different. And believe it or not that this series is part of the weekly shonen jump line up so yeah... this series is a new levels of bonkers

In general, if you’ve watched all of DBZ, you could watch the rest of the series in this order: - DBS Episodes 1&2 (optional) - DBZ: Battle of Gods (a movie, but is a better experience of the Anime’s events that happened, and is in a more condensed form) - DBS Episodes 16 - 18 (basically a setup to the next arc) - DBZ: Resurrection F (same as Battle of Gods) - The rest of DBS from Episodes 28 - 131 - Both the DBS Broly movie and Super Hero movie Also, Beast Wars Megatron is my favorite

Yeah, I'm not entirely sure how to feel and respond to the Scooby-Doo v. Courage match-up; since Scooby-Doo has been one of my favorite cartoons since I was a kid, but in contrast I never quite found the appeal of Courage the Cowardly Dog. Still a Death Battle featuring two of the biggest cartoon chicken-hounds, sounds like an interesting concept. I'd put money on Scooby winning because of favoritism and bias; but from the few episodes of Courage I saw, involving the amount of stuff he has/had to deal with, may hold a few advantages. And thinking back, while writing this out; depending on which incarnation of Scooby (and/or whatever/any tricks he's allowed) is being used in the match up, it is likely (despite my aforementioned favoritism and bias) Scooby would have something to pull out a win.

11:20 to answer your question. Super does introduce the concept of God Ki but if you wanna start from after the Namek Saga, you should watch Dragon Ball Z but the Kai version. This version makes the super long episodes shorter and cuts back on the filler. It gets straight to the point basically. Unfortunately that means no watching Goku and Piccolo trying to learn how to drive which is honestly the best Dragon Ball filler.

The best way to get the general story of DBZ is DBZ abridged. They follow everything from the start of DBZ until before Super (movies aren't Canon if you choose to skip them) It's condensed into about 50 ish episodes with better comedy to keep you interested. If you want official dragon ball sources then it's DBZ Kai, that trims out the filler but still a long show. Hope this helps

Iirc Dragon Ball Z: Kai is a much more condensed and concise retelling of the original Z story without any of the filler. Dragon Ball: Super is its somewhat continuation. From what I recall super actually takes place after the defeat of kid buu but before the last episode of Z, during those years where there was a time skip.

Dragon Ball Z Kai is the Filler-Less version of Dragon Ball Z, as well as being the more faithful adaptation and Dub of the original Manga. Super is the series that follows Z however it got a rocky start with its first two arcs being recreations of the Movies "Battle of Gods" and "Resurrection F" which are way better. and Hell Yeah Soundwave Supremacy, Especially from Transformers Prime Also, DevilArtemis did an amazing job with the animation for Frieza vs Megatron, he's most known for his Dragon Ball content he's definitely in his element and I'm surprised this was his first Dragon Ball Death Battle episode. And both VAs did an amazing job voicing their combatants, Littlekuriboh Killing it as always with Frieza (being his VA in DBZ Abridged) and Tom Schalk did great as Megatron

G1 Megatron had several much more powerful forms(including obviously Galvatron), but as basically all of them were as the result of outside assistance, this is why they probably didn't appear...the Japanese manga 'Ultra Megatron', for instance, might've been able to do the job....

"Dragon Ball Z Abridged" by TeamFourStar would be a good condensed version of DBZ. 61 episodes from start to finish compared to the almost 300 original episodes. It is an abridged series but they do keep the heart of the show intact and add a bit of humor here and there. I always tell my friends if you want to get into Dragon Ball z but don't want to watch almost 300 episodes, just watch The Abridged Series instead. The first season of the abridged series starts really slow but it builds up so fast and it's really good once it picks up.

If you were to go back to Dragon Ball you have a few options: 1) Funny version, aka Dragon Ball Abridged. 2) Dragon Ball Kai. This is the short version, but it's still loke 160 episodes. Dragon Ball Super is the continuation.
