that is actually a good point. The only real evidence the prosecution had if I recall was the pathologist’s account which the privy council dismissed

Definitely not fair for the poor woman. She was elderly and yet was raped and though death was not intentional, she still died from it. Why did they throw her into the sea if murder was not intentional? Questions still unanswered. 😮
