from the past event i got archuria (my very forst ssr after 170 days playing the game). from this event, i got nero np 2, zerkerlot (here in brazil we call him lancelot PUTO [which means "absolutely mad lancelot]) and he even brought a saber fran with him. trying for nobu i got martha and marie rider. this summer was perfect as it could be. thanks for everything. your channel is amazing and your content is outstanding.

Thanks for this very comprehensive guide! I managed to get Summer Nero and Summer Nobu only from Banner 1 and currently only Summer Helena from Banner 2. Fortunately the only servants I really wanted out of this entire summer event were Summer Nobu and Nero. I wanted Nero becasue she's just an amazing AOE Caster and Summer Nobu because of the future synergy with her and Avenger Nobu. I also already completed all the summer challenges on both sides except the Bull Challenge and am currently farming Summer 2 after finishing Summer 1.

Just finished my last rolls for this event. Ended up with np2 Umu, np2 Nobu, Nito, Maid, Raikou, and Helena. I used 510 sq and 5 tickets which is great cuz now I have a surplus of sq for Okita.

For saber runs just stack a good MLB CE on another saber if you don't have Fran. More importantly stack your back line with summer servants and CE's to get some nice extra drops. I was plus 24+ on most runs except the coin which was at 17+ used like 2-3 gold apples and the shop is already done almost. Have the 4* Fous and monuments left.

I got so lucky on the gacha that this summer event is already a huge success. With 450 SQ and 30 tickets I got: NP2 Maid Alter, Umu, Ozymandias, NP2 Raikou, NP2 Helena, NP3 Fran, Zerkerlot, Lobo and D'Eon. I only need a 5th copy of dive to blue to die happy. :D

If summer fran eluded you, I'd say replacing her with summer nobu. Its risky but worth it. (Also does extra bonus damage to divine if I remember correctly)

Supposedly all of the highest difficulty quests have the same chances of dropping it, but I haven't seen any for myself either!

Wait until the story is done and the lvl 90 free quests open up. Those have a 2% drop rate for the CE. And remember, you have two weeks to farm it, so don't give up hope.

Yo, I started fgo this summer and found you channel recently. Just wondering how you save up so many quartz and tickets. Do you ever buy quartz outside of buying it for gssr or do you just save up the ones you get all the time. I don't mind buying some quartz every month maybe, but thought it would be better on my wallet and so I don't get completely addicted to maybe try and save up and not just whale completely.

Welcome to the game! In the past I bought quartz for Jack (twice) and also Jeanne Alter. Now I only buy enough for the GSSRs. When I spend money, I always buy the most expensive pack for the best value. It's a little expensive for some people, but one pack is enough for both the anniversary and New Year's GSSR, so you only have to spend money once per year. I wouldn't recommend buying the cheaper packs if you don't have to. It's good to remind ourselves how much we are spending sometimes! Is spending $100 to unlock one character in FGO worth it, considering the fact that you could buy a normal game full of characters for that price? Sometimes the answer is yes! Sometimes not, so everyone has to make their own call :) Other than that, being patient and waiting for the right Servant helps. You can save two quartz per week from Master Missions and buy 5 tickets per month with your Mana Prisms. If you log in every day you get quartz and tickets for that also, especially if you keep your streak going. Do you have a favorite from Fate that you are saving for?

@@FGOTips Not really, I'm kind of new to the Fate series as a whole too. The reason I'm asking is because I ended up spending way too much on the summer banner trying to get Nitocris, which sadly didn't happened. There's still next year though. Just seemed like you had a lot of quartz compared to what I would imagine would be possible to save up, but I' still new so it might be possible. Think i might just try to get the servants I absolutely want like you do instead of get all the ones I like or all the waifus. Doesn't seem like there's much point in spending a lot of money on this game going by the luck i have.
