@@louie.4047 He'd play by keeping his distance from people, generally letting things simply happen and advising the follower to do the same. His basic strategy would be to kill as little as possible, only killing npc's and collaborators and attempting to figure out who L is before writing his name down. He'd essentially be aiming for a single kill.

Right. I believe the game just classifies it as a heart attack, even though its a clear reference to the hanging. I don't believe it's a translation error ( since JP should also say its a heart attack ) but the game just decided to give this cutscene to the heart attack killing
