Es sin duda el mejor OST de toda la banda sonora de Death Note, es poderoso, misterioso, aterrador y esperanzador cómo la serie misma y es una pena que solo haya sido usado en 2 capítulos. Antes de que L se muestre a la policía y justo en el arresto de higuchi, no recuerdo otros capítulos dónde sonó más que esos dos.
