Death of a Salesman: Who is Biff Loman?

Biff is the antidote to Willy Loman. When we have that growth mindset - to combine Dweck and Dalio - Pain + Reflection = Growth Mindset, then we're Biffo. When we're stuck, or don't take responsibility. then we are Willy with his fixed mindset.
