i dont understand why this issei is so weak how does a he who has achieved mastered juggernaut drive is inly just as strong as cannon issei who has the different modes in base balance breaker but in here he has in juggernaugt so why does he not one shot sierorge only only dealt the same amount of damage to cao cao in cannon only getting rid of the eyes he should of one shot cao cao in the situation
