I don't mean that i am emotionless and have no feelings but showing these clips of people's experiences seemed way too unwanted for the topic. why when a small baby passes away we bury them rather then cremating them....

It's because A adult have a connection to his body called Moh . But a baby / toddler doesn't have any memory or connection to his body. So at this point I can conclude that to make sure to the soul of The adult that he can't enter the World again and have to go With the Yamdoots whereas a Baby soul is Sent to heaven as he/she is already a purified soul and thus they don't have any connection, they won't try to enter again This burying is good option tho we can do normal rituals for them too .
