Loadout customization in campaing was probably my favourite and probably underrated feature in Black Ops 2. It was such a mind shattering change back then, but even now when they made loadout customization in Black Ops 3 i still have a deep appreciation for BO2. It's probably not because of the feature itself but rather how much content it had. You could choose from a variety of weapons both from the cold war era and the post modern era in any mission with all their attachements and camouflages, and by beating challenges in various missions you could unlock special weapons such as the death machine (depicted in this video), and even those had 2 versions for past and future (the minigun from the past is the death machine from Vorkuta/Multiplayer killstreak in Black Ops 1). But anyways, back to business: OUR JOURNEY TO VICTORY HAS BEGUN, DEATH TO THE MPLA
