La Nina is really trying to offset the long El Nino we had? This is my first season in the Philippines, so I don't have any references to past seasons. How are we doing, compared historically, Robert?

I think it's actually quite low so far compared to average, only 5 typhoon had entered PAR from January to September when it should've been already around 10, but the year hasn't ended yet and a possibility of la Niña in last quarter....
