*Section 2 of 3.* Today 7/28/2022 in Buckhorn, Kentucky there is historic flooding creating more climate-refugees; exacerbating the housing shortage. 7/29/2022 All the residents of Fish Pond, Kentucky have lost everything due to flood waters reaching the roofs of homes. So St. Louis, Buckhorn, Fish Pond, and Austin have lots of vacant land a 30 minute bus ride from the city. Where shelters provided by FEMA are established into campgrounds for 5,000 homeless families. PAR

It started late at night. Everyone was in bed. The warning to evacuate went out @2:30 a.m. This is a case of unless you’ve lived in a remote mountainous area with deep coves where communication gets cut off regularly, you can’t fathom this tragedy. I can’t begin to imagine how the parents of those children feel. All the families who had people lost or died. Everyone needs to stop trying to lay blame! This is an epic tragedy most of those people will never fully recover from. Walk a mile in their shoes or at least show some empathy. Go volunteer in the clean up or rebuilding so you’ll gain some understanding

P 1 of 4* Cities can eliminate homeless tent cities by replacing them with *homeless-communities* using _Pallet Shelter's_ existing *homeless shelter village components.* The _Community Room_ sells for $37,000 and serves as a shared laundry room, restaurant, *child daycare center,* and addiction services center. The _Bathroom_ cost $35,000 and the _Services Office_ costs $9,000. So for only $81,000 a city can establish a *homeless village.* The 10'X10' *Camping Cube Sport Pop Up Tent* costs only $120 and provides protection from the elements.

We need to understand that being at the top of the pyramid of creation means that everything we do trickles down the structure, from top to bottom. When it reaches the bottom, the inanimate level of reality, from which everything grows, it changes it. If we ooze ill-will, it creates negative changes throughout the system, which manifest in increasingly extreme climatic and geological events. In other words, when human relationships go out of balance, everything goes out of balance. When our relations become extreme, everything becomes extreme; when we become violent, everything becomes violent. Each summer, the ramifications of the linkage between our relations and our world become more extreme, until we acknowledge that everything that exists, exists in a connected, hierarchical system and that whoever is at the top determines the state of the rest of the system. It is not as if previously, we were better people than we are today. It is simply that there were fewer people, and therefore fewer elements that exude ill will. Also, relationships between people in the past were less toxic than they are today. While there are fewer wars today than ever, the levels of suspicion and alienation between people are skyrocketing, to the point where people can no longer trust their own family members. As a result, wars between countries are rarer than ever, but divorce rates, domestic violence, and violence in the community, are at an all-time high. Even the internet, which we invented purportedly in order to connect people, is being used to abuse, deceive, and exploit people. The world-wide-web proves that everything we create, we use against others. When there is such a negative element in a system, and that element is at the top of the system, how can the entire system not go awry? Therefore, if we want the weather to cool, the sea-level to drop, and the storms to subside, we must cool the fire and calm the storms between us. Mutual concern, mutual responsibility, or at least the knowledge that we are dependent on each other, are necessary in order to restore balance in our world at all levels, from the ground we walk on to the hatred in our hearts.

P *2 of 4* Cities are spending millions of dollars to open and run homeless bed shelters; that the homeless reject due to the many restrictions and lack of security. _Pallet Shelter's_ two person _Shelter 64_ cost only $7,000 and provides a dignified, secure sleeping base of operation. So for only $201,000 [$120 tents] a city can establish and run a *Homeless Shelter Village* with 1000 shelters that can accommodate 4,000 beds!
@domesticterrorist9969
@domesticterrorist9969 2 жыл бұрын
P *4 of 4* The homeless can simply move the tents they are using now into the homeless-village. Or the _Shelter 100_ is a $9,500 shelter that is climate controlled, built in one hour, is 100 sq. ft., and uses a folding bunk system to house up to four beds. *_Pallet Shelter's_* private sleeping cabins offer *security* and durability. Which addresses the concerns of the homeless who reject the restrictions of “bed-only” homeless-shelters; for only one night.

Please don’t announce to the Internet that you are sending your prayers. Just do it in secret as God commanded. I feel like a lot of people are doing this simply just to act as if they are righteous before everybody, or, they are not really Christian and are just trying to make Christian people look bad. All it does is cause the heathen to blaspheme. And remember, faith is dead without works.

If he had visited as a president, there would be resources taken away from the people who needed it in order to guard his person and safeguard his entourage. Unfortunately for millions of Americans in order to survive, those made homeless, due to failed Republican polices, will have to lower their standard of living dramatically and live in modest accommodations. Such as _Pallet Shelter's_ *Shelter 64* which sleeps two in a private cabin. Placed in combination with _Pallet Shelter's_ other components: *Community Room,* Bathroom, and Services Office; to form an entire *Homeless Shelter Village.* Where rent is 10% of net income for the 2 person shelter and 20% for the four person shelter. Which goes to providing _one free meal a day_ and *childcare* so that the working poor can go to work: in the Community Room.

(AMPC) Luke 17:21 Nor will people say, Look! Here [it is]! or, See, [it is] there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you [in your hearts] and among you [surrounding you]. 22 And He said to the disciples, The time is coming when you will long to see [even] one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see [it]. 23 And they will say to you, Look! [He is] there! or, Look! [He is] here! But do not go out or follow [them]. 24 For like the lightning, that flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will the Son of Man be in His [own] day. 25 But first He must suffer many things and be disapproved and repudiated and rejected by this age and generation. 26 And [just] as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the time of the Son of Man. 27 [People] ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, right up to the day when Noah went into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 So also [it was the same] as it was in the days of Lot. [People] ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; 29 But on the [very] day that Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed [them] all. 30 That is the way it will be on the day that the Son of Man is revealed. 31 On that day let him who is on the housetop, with his belongings in the house, not come down [and go inside] to carry them away; and likewise let him who is in the field not turn back. 32 Remember Lot’s wife! 33 Whoever tries to preserve his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve and [e]quicken it. 34 I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed; one will be taken and the other will be left. 35 There will be two women grinding together; one will be taken and the other will be left. 36 [f]Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other will be left. 37 Then they asked Him, Where, Lord? He said to them, Wherever the dead body is, there will the vultures or eagles be gathered together.

P B of Parts A-F The B!den administration has proposed *Christian, compassionate,* homeless solutions *but Republicans* do not want the FEMA homeless encampments within their cities; which *have the highest number of homeless families.* The solution is FEMA coordinated homeless communities a 30 minute bus ride, 24/7, every 20 minutes, from the FEMA established homeless shelters; to the city. *Established on land made vacant due to global-warming extreme weather events; that no one should rebuild on.*

It looks like boats can actually go on those water levels, and the water levels look high enough to have boats on top of it. If there are regular major floods in the USA then why are there no boaters in the areas of where major floods happen? Putting people in trailers is a better idea than in houses especially in areas like that because trailers can move, so it can leave those areas, but houses cannot leave. I think putting people in trailers would be the second best option, for the people who want to live in Kentucky. Not the best option though. Because if the people who live in Kentucky want to stay there then the best option would be living on something that floats. It looks like the people who live in that area were not prepared, and as a result loss of life happened.

@@justinb864 I know there are people who live on boats, and as a result well I should not have to say that these people are still alive. I have seen people who live on boats, and I met people who live on boats. I seen 1 family who are living on something that floats not like a boat, and their home is on top of water while these homes that are in the video are damaged, or destroyed, and this is apart from loss of life, so you can guess again if you want about who the ignorant people are. There are people who choose to live in trailers, or RV, and even these people can still keep their vehicles intact if they were to relocate before a major flood occurs.

@@knowledgeandmultiskilled 1. Eastern Kentucky is very impoverished. One of the poorest regions in the country in fact. If people could afford to flood proof their homes, they would have. 2. Live on boats? Eastern Kentucky isn’t an ocean. They aren’t constantly surrounded by water. And while flooding is relatively common, this flood was especially bad. Even record-breaking in some areas. 3. It’s just incredibly heartless to blame victims of a disaster, especially when a lot of the dead are of children and elderly.

@@justinb864 I never said anything about flood proof their homes. I think the problem is the type of home, and location where people are choosing to live. You said "flooding is relatively common", so living in a house would not be a good option especially somewhere where people can drown, and maybe end up losing their house, and possessions as well.

@@knowledgeandmultiskilled I don’t think you realize this, some people don’t have much of a choice on where they live. For many it’s a matter of what’s cheaper at the time. And as I have mentioned previously, this a very poor part of the country. A lot who live there where born there and they can’t always afford to move.

Both the oceans and forests are saturated and no longer sequestering CO2; the forests are actually giving off CO2! That is why these homelessness creating, rent raising, extreme weather events are increasing in strength and frequency. It was 117 degrees in Portugal in July 2022. In the year 2032 the air temperature in Portugal will be 133 with the associated massive increase in flooding levels, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes and other homelessness creating, extreme weather events.
