You guys left out something important regarding He-Man's Sword of Power. In one episode from the original series ("Masks of Power") The Sword of the Ancients was released from its crystal stone. Being a sword just as powerful as He-Man's, the Sword of the Ancients was alive, and chose to fight for Good. Willingly merging itself with He-Man's original sword. When the two became one, they looked like the original Sword of Power. But now He-man's sword was twice as powerful as before. And by itself, it was already incredibly powerful.
