In Ben 10, they literally show he's indestructable (he can be regenerated completely by the omnitrix) and while using Alien X or Clockwork, he can detect and chase after time travelers. GL just had no way to kill Ben 10. Other than that, yeah... they get a lot of hate, and this kinds feels like they're preparing for the worst this time. Could mean they're starting to have second thought about battles involving DC characters, though... it always happends there.

He didn’t do that. Death battle is very deceptive with their research. They also misled you with the silver surfer vs cable fight. Cable was as strong if not stronger than surfer, he just wanted to provoke him so that surfer would “kill” him. It’s complicated, the comic provides context.

Honestly, that was a dumb line. Cable has personally known multiple women with ridiculous power levels, and even *raised* one of them! He works closely with the likes of Storm, Rogue, and Jean Grey; raised Hope Summers, who's basically got the powers of *all* the mutants; occasionally rubs elbows with the likes of She-Hulk, Invisible Woman, and Gamora; and often fights female civilization/planet-level threats like Selene, Cassandra Nova, and Jean Grey (again). "Hitting like a girl" just shouldn't be an insult as far as he's concerned. I'm not sure if this is a mistake from the Death Battle writers or if Marvel comics made the mistake and regularly writes him as misogynistic.

Cable not recognizing how dangerous Booster Gold can be until it was too late demonstrates this greatly.

I've always loved Booster Gold. He came to the past seeking fame and glory. But eventually he realized that his role of a hero meant that he would have to work in the shadows. The exact opposite of his goal. No one could ever know what he was doing, otherwise all the big baddies (like Doomsday) would come after him. Even after he has reformed into a decent hero, Booster Gold has to live acting like a clown. If none of his fellow heroes take him seriously, why should the villains?

My rough estimate by looking at how long booster gold used his sheild plus him and his past selves firing their booster shots as a beam id say he was probably at like 10 or 20% power remaining so if cable hadn't used his mind control he might have won

There was a story in the first series about Booster always having his force field on which protected him from bacteria that no longer existed in the 25th century (like polio or small pox should be today), at the time of the story he had been in the 20th century for several months. Now I imagine the field was at one of it's lowest settings but any force field would still take up a generous amount of power so I think unless you take repeated Doomsday like hits that thing is going to last through most fights.
