Ironically this game is the perfect example of why you DON'T want deathcap first in your own game. Despite how fed pekin is, look at his stacks. Lack of ability haste and mana really cut into his stacking. Great for a youtube video though.

Wait seriously?? Bahaha that makes no sense! :DD I understand why it would but the very point of Death Dance lingering damage being true damage was for the defenses not to be applied twice. If it crits now it's really a biiig oversight from Riot.

@AlexiSonic It's DoT damage, so the crit really doesn't do that much. It sources the DoT damage from you, and only the damage you specifically dealt, so the shadowflame applies the crit. It's really only useful if they weren't less than 35% health when you damaged them since it would've crit anyway if they were. Collector even collects off of it.

I only notice now that damage numbers on Veigar Q do increase from stacks instantly, so much so that the second target hit is dealt exactly 1 more damage than the first (if the first hit grants a stack). Quite satisfying on minions. :)
