This song was mostly produced by Timbaland . He did the beat sequences. He meant this beat for Ginuwine. Listen to the background it’s Ginuwine singing the hook .Devante stole this from Tim. Reggie added the keys and such . But you’re wrong

@@timgardner1217 yeah it‘s Ginuwine singing the hook. Timbo was in Devante‘s camp back then. But he is neither credited nor is does it sound like a Timbo beat. So I‘m not sure if you‘re right. Maybe. Maybe not. For example Timbo also co-produced the majority of Sista‘s Album in 94. And you can clearly hear that‘s the Timbo sound. But in this one I would say rather no. Compare this track to most of them Timbo beats for Aaliyah or Ginuwine. Does it really sound to you like something Timbo did. Listen Timbo and DeVante are both two of the greatest producers of all time and Timbo is definitely the bigger one. But stop making lies just cause you don‘t like DeVante or something. Ask him yourself and he will tell you he made the majority of that song with some help of others of course. But Devante had a team like Dre does or any major producer. Tim made the bones of it.
