I think you just don't understand the true unparalleled genius of the developers at cave. and i mean its not like the first game didn't have any silly elements to it, what not with the giant cow boss.

@@mattasaurs Well believe it or not the original game mainly is what inspired me to write an amazing story of mine. But the darker elements from the original are just better. Halloween theming, the gorgeous music, the setting, demons. Just atmospheric ti high hell. Whereas a demonic Santa Claus is hardly as beautifully deep compared to a corrupted father and a bunch of magical girls stopping an ultimate evil. I’m not saying it’s entirely bad but the original just hits in so many more ways.
