Deathsmiles Mega Black Label is a shoot em up "bullet hell" with a gothic horror theme developed and published by Cave in 6th October 2008 for Cave's SH-3 based hardware in Japan. This version is an altered and updated version of the original Deathsmiles and had a limited (200 copies total) arcade release. It added Sakura as playable character, as well as the Crystal Shrine stage, and Level 999 difficulty level. There are other scoring changes.
