Nice video but feeling sad for loco pilot because they run these whole night without sleeping and didn't get proper rest and after 1 day's rest they called again for duty and sometimes when these train are late to coming they have to wait in the lobby to come the train and from tiredness they didn't sleep in lobby and they have to drive the train whole night without delay and sleeping

Only thing they should be alert whole night, they are not so much fatigued as we think like the operators working on production line heavy machinery in night shift eight hours standing

Really WAP-4 is WAP-4, no one able to take place of this legendary locomotive, even new generation locomotive WAP-7 and WAP-5 are nothing infront of WAP-4.

Railways are short staffed in all departments. Working overtime compulsorily even if bone tired leads to some oversight or negligence that may cause accidents. Many vacancies are unfilled for years now - it is alleged.
