It feels like I was watching an episode from Harry Potter teaching the children about the "ridiculous spell". *It is not worked out,* because a loop hole was deliberately introduced into the law allowing for literally any *propaganda flag* to be flown, demeaning the place of more "patriotic" symbols. _And that is exactly what is happening._
