“Meltdown?” No. Debbie Morgan is obviously a compassionate human freakin being. Period.

As humans, I guess we are no longer allowed to vent and bare our inner soul and what we are truly feeling. Pain is real, hurting is real and if we still have enough empathy in us to see that it’s okay to let someone know we hurt, there’s hope.

This was not a meltdown. This is a person who knows this country's history and see that things are sliding backwards. This is a woman who sees what is actually happening and is saddened by what she sees. What I take away from this video is that we need to clean up this mess that we are in. People of Color please look and see what this pandemic is doing. The Government could care less and they are not about to take matters into their own hands. We should all be feeling what Ms. Morgan is expressing. She has given me insight into the plight of what is going on. We all need to come together and fix this. Thank you Ms. Morgan for sharing your thoughts and feelings with us. We will get thru this. Be safe, stay strong and receive the joy that you have given so many of us over the years.

@Akim Smith I think what they mean is that for us to have such a small percentage in the U.S our rates of the virus are substantially high. And when they compare that to other races it’s probably statistically the same; however it’s still high because of our low population rate. For example, if there are 100 blacks and 20 get the virus it would still be higher than there being 1000 whites and only 100 catch it. Then you have to add to the fact that we have a 13% homeless rate which is high. Homelessness, close living spaces, and living in rural areas would automatically equate higher rates of the virus. Anyways, stay safe out there. Quarantine isn’t quite over yet and I hope your family is safe and well nurtured!

Well🤔calling a meltdown was not intended to berate Ms. Morgan: I don’t believe. I’ve felt hopeless, and in despair recently! I referred to it as a meltdown. Especially, after learning of the young African American man gunned down while jogging! I remember my grandmother referring to Masa! I thought it was someone’s name. Not realizing it was the man who owned her father and his family! I also, remember the water fountains that read White only on one, and Niggas on the other one!!! So, it’s a time to reflect, but also remember “He bought us through All of that, and “He’ll bring us through this!!! God Bless this World “ HE” created!!!

Are there African Americans who don’t have PTSD growing up completely immersed in this racist system? This place will drive people into despair. People who aren’t crying are probably detached as a coping mechanism or they are the ones causing all the trauma.

Of course there are ! I walk with God ! A lot of what's wrong in this country is logistics , breakdown of relationship with God , family and media . I live in the south, we've had a strong Christian family for the most part. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, church members who were married and played a huge part of our upbringing. I don't remember them constantly talking about race. People worked, had nice homes, church was a true central part. We're surrounded by the same white families that have always been here and they are extended family. I approach people as individuals. I read the word and the news that I listen to isn't on mainstream media. You should know that that is just programming and propaganda concocted by a hand full of people that believe that all people are slaves. They constantly use media to devide. It's the synagogue of Satan ! I've been full of joy through this because I knew this was coming, so I was prepared . Instead of calling people conspiracy theorists, you should listen to Trunews, and others and preppers, etc. My white clients who are home now made sure to continue to pay me, I've got friends who gave me a car because mine has high miles, a guy at my gas station gave me a lawnmower and is fixing a riding mower to give me next, a friend gave me a piano, oh and when my big screen tv that I didn't want went out, another friend gave me one and took the other one off I can go on and on. I try to be light where ever I go and God takes care of me. Turn that media off, their objective is to divide. I have been enjoying this weather, I'm always finding joy looking at God's creation, I don't walk around in a mask , I wont comply to being herded like cattle. I was never under the illusion that I dont have an explanation date. I'm not going to be careless but our bodies are made with defense systems.

I'm not crying at all. I use God as my coping mechanism and I feel very peaceful despite death and sickness surrounding. There is real peace in serving God and not serving fear mongers like Debbie. In the beginning I was very stressed out until God told me "have you forgotten about me?"

Being a black person is exhausting. We all should be diagnosed with PTSD with everything that we have gone through as a people and still to this day do as well. The media just about spins everything so you have to question everything that you see and read. Limit how much you watch and read also. It will suck life and peace out of you if you let it. Be informed....but protect your peace as well.

Consider this a warning! Repent while you can. This is just the beginning Amo 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it? 2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Wow 😮 This is similar to what happened to me. I had watched so much of the news and seeing hearing all the other tragedies that was going...anxiety and depression set in. I had gotten sick and didn’t know what was wrong....I week, lost of interest, lost of appetite, sadness, scared, worried etc,. I went to the ER and blood work came back and doctors say they say nothing wrong....and pressure with back to normal. Didn’t know anxiety and depression could make me feel that way. I cut back on watching so much of the news and pushed myself to getting more sleep.....started eating better and walking...that’s what really helped me.

absolutely, this weekend I was alarmed at the number of our people, including young children, outside of retail stores without masks, not social distancing, waiting to shop! I'm in Baltimore, it baffled me...vanity took over...there were large gatherings of cookouts too. I'm like when will some of our people wake up? I WANTED TO SHAKE THEM INTO REALITY. Unbelievable...these people were shopping, not groceries but clothing and sneakers/shoes.....Stimulus Checks and Unemployment Checks....This second wave will be brutal...
