Debbie's Special Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients :
3 medium Ripe bananas
1 cup milk
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 large or 2 small eggs beaten
4 oz shortnening
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp mixed spice
pinch of nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup soaked fruits
1 1/2 tbsp yellow almond
2 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tbsp browning
