Your videos, dear debbie, are like holidays for my soul. You are making such sweet things without any stress for us, as we would love to sew them also. Like for instance your lovely chicken, or now this nice tree and ornaments. Thank you very much. God bless you.

Sewing the triangles right sides together with a small seam allowance, then making tiny snips all along them makes for a raggy, primitive look. Just fluff the edges up with an old toothbrush. Very pretty indeed.

Thank you for this Debbie, I enjoy all of your videos, so well done! my own wee personal opinion on craft 'how-to's is to do them 'sans' music as, music is such a personal thing, we love it or hate it or just get annoyed if it is not to our taste.

THANK YOU for sharing your talent in this video, I'm going to make everyone a sweet Christmas tree for Christmas out of fabric that looks like pine needle branches, use my hemostat to stuff it, then put colorful little felt pompom balls all around it, then put little white fluffy 'ribbon' for garland, and then put 2 silver star buttons back to back at the top!! MERRY CHRISTMAS and STAY SAFE during this most difficult time in our beautiful world!! :)

Hi Debbie - what kind of glue did you use?! There are a couple of craft-type white glues that dry clear that I've used before (Tacky Glue, Elmer's White Glue - US brands) but I've never seen a white glue that held as well as what you used on the heart trim.

I t'll be great if you could re-do the vid, the tree's an excellent idea; because I know you do make fab things, I continued to watch it all the way through. Did you put anything in the small pot for weight? Thank you.
@debbieshore8 жыл бұрын
use air drying clay, or a few small pebbles with wet glue drizzled over them for weight, if the pot is heavier then florists oasis will do the trick!
@TheSoosybear10 жыл бұрын
Hi DebbieI have made the Christmas tree but there doesn't seem to be any instructions how to connect it to the plant pot? Is there a stick inside the branches please help . Sos
@debbieshore10 жыл бұрын
Susan Regan Two ways of connecting, glue straight to the top of the pot, or to make a stalk, push a piece of dowelling into the base of the tree, glue to hold it in place, then push the other end into air-drying clay in the pot. Decorate the dowelling by wrapping ribbon around it!
