@@nikitagarg4243 DRR is just a book entry where we just freeze our profits according to legal requirement and no actual funds move because of it. It is a kind of surety given to crs that their money will be repaid... Just to show them that the company has enough funds

Bec we created only reserve but in actual effect will on debenture in liability side and bank balance in asset side..theres no other use of drr its only reserve amt created for use in emergency and after redemption we will transfer it to general res.
