there are some enemy AI types you need to make an active effort to break. And then there's Nocturne AI that will occasionally do it for you.

This is of course just a little damp light of hope in the hell you get usually abandoned in. Assuming you go in blind... You WILL lose the first time you get sneak-attacked by Matador. You WILL lose hours and hours upon progress when you die the first time to a lucky mudo hit. You WILL need at the very least 10 attempts to get through that first tunnel in Nocturne's hard mode.

The former. Although he doesn't physically attack when you have Tetrakarn up, but he just replaces any physical attacks in his pattern with Megidolaon (which can lead to the amusing Tarukaja x4 -> Megidolaon)

Don't you realize how busted this is?? By casting Debilitate twice, your Physical Attack Power, Magic Attack Power, Defence, AND Accuracy/Evasion are reduced by TWO WHOLE STAGES!!! That's SO Powerful, you better watch yourself!!! Having all your stats debuffed by two stages is incredibly dangerous! Unless you can _miraculously_ undo all that with a single skill, I see no way out of this wacky scenario! Imagine if a skill called, oh I don't know, DEkunda existed that does exactly that! Wouldn't that be crazy?!

4 is far from the best. Plot is better and loops like that doesn’t actually happen to often. Not me nor my friends ever had such a loop and we played the game several of times.

@@abidalmohimenrashed4524 because I don't need to consider something as "the best" to watch a video about it. (?) I still like nocturne, I just don't agree that it's the best smt. Game is annoying, everything is annoying (annoying minigame, annoying fusion system, annoying lack of quality of life fuctionalities, annoying dungeons and so on... ) but it is still a smt and you can actually see what they were trying to do there, it was awesome by the time it was launched, not today. Every smt title on ps2 that came after nocturne was better, thanks to nocturne that paved the way.
