I always enjoy Deborah’s tunes, this is what she really has going for her. Her mixing is always basic which is fine but personally I think techno benefits from long mixes to keep the energy up. I generally start mixing in after about 3 minutes of the tune. Much harder of course but worth it. And no mixing in the headphones either!

She is not mixing anything! Nothing! It's all pretend. There is only one fader up on that mixer, which means it's not possible for any more than one source to be going through it. She rests her finger on the fader that is maxed and that's about all she is doing besides turning the bass up and down and playing with the filter knob. I have done audio for real DJs that can make mixes like with vinyl records. This is fake!

Yes and she is a very good producer. Don't understand the fucking haters. I think she play one of the best long time set in Munich bullitt club 2017 who I stay left side 3h from 3h30min . She play a free creativ dj set with a free track selection and the skills and beatmaching doing isn't the neccessary doing for me. Every time the same bad haters. For me is also a creative live track choice for a curve mixing style intro - peak - outro the doing numher 1 and smooth equalizering and something other blending a track to track. Skills could be often used disturbing a good live selection. She is very talented and I had see it in Munich bullitt club left side on the dj cabin. I see that what a great artist like to do in a pumping techno upstairs slowly to faster tracks in various types of techno electronic live choice performance . Maceo plex do that also in his performance style. All stupid haters your a shame for a open minded electronic music scene .

Its called "lighting" there are lights right above the gear. If you watch the closely, when she reaches over to certain knobs, she block the light and you can see the levels rise up.

This is classed as a Mix. It's not mixing as we generally know it, it's just a Mix of Tracks, banded together, in order to create a compilation. This is what she's good at, banding tracks together that you can listen to on a long journey or when chilling out IMO. She's no way good enough to have multiple tracks lined up and mixed repetitively, slicing and dicing, like some other DJ's out there, she's just not fast enough for that. On several tracks I've seen here altering pitch way too late. She just takes it in her pace, she's a nice and mellow Sunday morning DJ IMO.....

I've heard few lady dj's today , Deborah , La fluer , Anna etc etc etc few more I think technically the best I've heard is Cinthie, she is streets ahead in technical DJ skill then this DJ and probably all them today sorry to say She is more up there to the old vinyl lady dj's of the turntables era like DJ Rap, Lisa Pin Up, Lisa Lashes, Lady Spirit, DJ Lottie , Smokin Jo , DJ Touch , Emma feeline, Lisa Unique, Jolie, Ann Savage, Femine Fatale , various styles there Those djs was the best around back then from the UK. I would advise any new lady djs or guys to check them out above( learn something like basics of DJ mixing etc ) I would say Cinthie and Djin are the best I've heard today Technically What I mean by this is mixing records ( pitch, using your ears) basics like phrase drop in cue count ( when to release a record) Working out what's going fast or slow by ear Basic turntable knowledge

Exactly! Annie Nightingale / Lisa Lashes are legends that'll piss all over today's DJ's, that rely on Tits and Skimpy Outfits in order to gain a following. What they go through and are willing to do these days in order to get notoriety just falls short of soft porn and prostitution in my IMO. Instead of working hard to gain skill and be the best, they're content with just getting by knowing they've got subscribers. The only losers are the listeners, most of the listeners don't even know it though because they're so used to hearing half baked sets......
