I am a bus driver. I been using this for two months. 100 percent worth it. Fit my legion go and asus ally x with comfort grips. Also, my wires, flash drive, portable power bank and charger adapter. Worth it!

Ditto! Planning give my brother my old Steam Deck. What I loved with the Deck is the case I got with it. This though? Ooh, I was planning just shooting my shot with the Best Buy Premium Case thankfully I didn't pull the trigger. This case (despite being bigger and take more space especially for my backpack) I love the sling and how much space it has. It could even just be used as a normal body bag instead of just a carrying case. Hoping for plane rides I can put my backpack under the seat and case on my body.

I am using Rog Ally X and been loving it! A Tomtoc G47 case looks like the best companion for it when going to the city! (4 hours train ride 300+kms from our town)

I got this case a year ago & love it. It is perfect when I have to fly or take the train. It fit a switch with hori grips, steam deck or rog ally, what ever I using.

Question, how do you travel with it on the plane? I’m curious if I’m allowed a backpack (under the seat) and the case (on my body or next to the bag)? Or if I have to put in my backpack, which will be difficult.

@@TeaGamingPandaSo I normally keep my backpack under the seat & keep the case slung cross body & never had an issue. Depending on how big you bag is, there would probably be space under the seat for both.

Tomtoc makes the best handheld cases. I personally prefer and love the slim hard carry case, had one for the deck which I sold and now the Ally

Right now I'm just using a Gamesir G8+ with a tablet, but I'm saving to buy an Ally! Would love to use this to make sure I can take my gaming on the to go to work to play on my breaks! Its because the emergence of handhelds, I've felt like I was able to recapture a bit of my love for gaming now that I can do it in smaller bursts when I have time :).

I have the Asus Rog Ally X, with accesorries to keep me going for days. The G47 looks like it would sort me out on an island and I like that its black, but wish it came in different colours like the T21, wonder why Tomtoc don't make it in other colours? 🤔😁

ALLY X now, purely because windows means we can play anything we want, plus the bigger battery, performance, VRR etc. but the Steam Deck OLED is still an incredible device!

You can play anything* on the Deck, performs pretty well, but on paper the Ally just has better performance, especially when used on a charger. (If a game uses a Kernal anticheat you cannot play it on Linux devices, without jumping through some hoops that is, same stands if it doesn't have any type of linux port)

Poorly, Not enough Protection. Also the triggers get pressed on the top. I go with the asus premium Carry Case for sure!

I take my steam deck to work and i mostly just throw it in the regular case it came with, in a backpack of mine 😅. So im in much need of a better case to take extra small accessories with me on the go.
