Thanks. This was extremely helpfull!. I had some old instructions that didn't include DSPMODSRC. My instructions had the old ADDBKP. and that wouldn't work. Again, Thanks for taking the time to do this presentation.

Or start a service entry point using Rational Developer for i, you can go into any job (interactive or submitted) using RDi debugger

When a job is stuck with a message while running, and someone hit I for ignore instead of retry or cancel.. Will the job always ignore the issue if it happens again? If so, how can we remove the cached ignore?

y we hold the job and y we release the job???

Because if not ...the job will run and finish... the purpose of hold is to get the Job name/user/number. Actually no need to hold the jobq... just simply submit the job with HOLD(*YES) will do.
