Is there any way that an automation script(like Java) can control the fiddler (auto respond rules)?

I do not know Fiddler but I can see it is a non-browser based app. Most of automation testing tools these days are designed to work with browser-based app; however, some "old" tools like UFT can handle window-based app very well. Download a trial version of UFT Pro and play with Fiddler I believe it will work. Good luck J.N
