Got to put this comment here to say that I'm really glad I found your channel. I heard about the Apricot (Froot) controversy before, but didn't have much interest in it. However, when Asmongold reacted to the responses toward her document, I was a bit unsettled with how everyone responded to her situation. Got me so confused where these cheating allegations were coming from that I wanted to know how deep this rabbit hole would lead to. I'm glad I found your content. It's such a shame that people jump sides and blow a lot of controversies out of proportion. You covered far more than what most content creators tried to do regarding the Apricot drama, even those who defended her. Apricot by no means is perfect; and I could share a few of my criticisms about her, specifically about the lack of communication across some of these issues. Although, those criticisms are common among anyone really, even myself. It's also different she has VShojo tied to her career, so even providing communication can become unwise and complicated. If anything, all these allegations and controversies started to get into uncanny valley territory.

i used to be someone who somewhat bought into the froot hate train (my only exposure of it was through memes i thought were kinda funny and anthime's video), but the way people hated on her - especially anthime and how obsessive she was over "waahhh muhh copystriked video" - kinda turned me off from the situation because they seemed to be doing it not out of their own morality but just to punch up at someone. even when i disliked froot because of what i thought, i never really cared to harass her because it's her personal fucking life, who cares at the end of the day? ever since the doc came out though i'm completely on her side as a result of being more informed, and it's kinda embarrassing how i only agreed with the haters out negligence to do further research. plus who the hell would ever think 4chan should be a reputable source of information lol

As for the K-Son tweet drama, I believe that legal mindset explained it the best. While it doesn't make V-Shojo look the best, leaving the tweet up made K-Son appear as if she indirectly condones any wrongdoing that *might* have happened (even though there is no solid evidence proving wrongdoing took place) because they're friends.

I agree with you 99%, up until your theory about VShojo management. I believe the reason nobody from vshojo management said anything during the silvervale drama, was that it would have contradicted the idea of "talent freedom" that VShojo represents. Freedom to do whatever you want includes the possible pushback for exercising such freedoms. In their position, silver made the decision to play that game any and all comments during that live stream was up to her and her moderators discretion. Not that it made it okay, but it's not much they could have done in that position besides giving her support after the fact. Since silver left the group not too long after that incident, it came off as her putting the blame on the agency when they couldn't prevent that from happening.

Nah I think it was management at least to some extent. It's strange to me why the other members were so quiet on Twitter for not only Silvervale, but Froot too during that time. I think they realized how much of a mess it was and didn't want to risk pissing off anymore twitter freaks. Their was support but it was behind the scenes or small comments on stream. Based on what she said and the fact Froot left Silvervale a supportive goodbye tweet and was one of the last members she collabed with.
