Sustanon 250 is going to be our strongest prohormone and the best for mass but it will be a very wet gain. Something like Equipoise is also great for mass and will really up your appetite. 4-Andro prohormones are typically better for mass and you can take them as a first cycle, if you do i'd stick with a simple single compound like Androdiol though most guys start out with 1-Testosterone.

Very little. 1-Test is a great beginner prohormone and Deca-Durabolin is one of the least androgenic. Non methylated so both are safe on the liver and organs.

Biggest side effect with a 19Nor, especially a heavier dosed one like this is that it kills your libido, prior when people were taking Decabolin which is the same compound just a lighter dose we never really heard that complaint so if that's a concern I'd probably opt for Decabolin instead of Deca-Durabolin. Shouldn't really be any mental side effects and todays prohormones are non-methylated so not harsh on your liver.

Deca-Durabolin is the prohormone we hear the most about killing libido, even Decabolin which is the same compound but lower dosed we rarely if ever heard that complaint but with Deca-Durabolin while not super common is the biggest side effect we hear about. Stacking it with a 4-Andro should help with that but if you want to play it safe just take Decabolin instead or even just avoid 19Nor prohormones.

Shelf life is normally a couple years and even then most supplements are fine years after the expiration date anyways. As far as 2 per day vs 1 per day, we wondered about that as well ie is it better to have a consistent supply in your system every 12 hours or is one pill a day better? We were going to try to talk to Hi-Tech to find more out about this. As far as side effects will be similar to Decabolin as it is Decabolin at a higher dose but typically Decabolin does't have many side effects and you shouldn't need on cycle support

What's up man! I did pretty well with it, I did notice some strength gains and muscle hardness so overall I would say it was a nice little boost. It's not going to deliver outrageous GAINZ but was effective enough to see a bit of a difference. I would recommend superdrol if you haven't tried that. Possibly an increase in your test dose if allowable. I'm currently at 300mg per week from the 450 I was taking.

Yeah its typically something you stack with other prohormones, while some guys take it as a stand alone and report good results its really meant to stack. As far as safer todays prohormones are non-methylated so not harsh on your liver and have few side effects but 19Nors while not having a lot of side effects sometimes cause lack of libido. The "safer" option would be natural muscle builders like Turkesterone, Laxogenin, Epicatechins, etc. A good starter prohormone would probably be 1-AD, lower dose of 1-Andro, single compound, has some laxogenin.

That would be a pretty heavy stack as Sustanon 250 is very strong on its own but yes you could as you'll be getting a 1-Andro, 4 Andro and a 19 Nor so not overlapping compounds

If you are looking to cut, I would try stacking Hi-Tech Deca-Durabolin along with Winstrol for 8 weeks. Two bottles of each. Follow it up with 4-weeks on a PCT. Some customers add 1-Testosterone to get sort of a base as well.

If its your first cycle a single ingredient or simpler prohormone like Androdiol wouldn't be a bad option, 1-Testosterone is probably our most popular prohormone overall and for new users but its more for lean muscle and strength gains, won't be a ton of size, Androdiol will give a lot more size.
