Thank you decades for 9 years of great service I'm still going to watch it

That young lady was crying because of the unannounced rebrand. The very thing that made Decades stand out from the other diginets is the emphasis on the….um…decades. The show “Through the Decades” was cool.

Thank you decades for bringing a lot of great binges throughout my childhood. I'm gonna miss that channel because I remember watching the station back in 2019 when I had cable way back. Now I wish I can list out all of the shows that decades would air but that will be soon. But in the meantime thank you for everything Decades! as the slogan said: "Relive, Remember, Relate" RIP Decades (2015-2023) Catchy Comedy (2023-Present)

I like how it doesn’t even end with a goodbye bumper or anything else. It just has a normal bumper and then the feed cuts off. 😂
@milesthepeacefulinkling286Ай бұрын
Well, in the final bumper, it said this: "Relive-Remember-Relate".

R.I.P. DECADES I really do hope that Decades would have its own channel instead of being a digital subchannel station itself. That “Relive-Remember-Relate” bumper serves a de facto farewell.

Full House ends up being the first show of the rebrand. Hooray Something I just found out is that Mary Kay and Ashley Olsen are not mentioned in the opening. Was this how it was in the first season?
@ThatGuyWalkingBy Жыл бұрын
The only season one binges I remember maining as a kid were either Nick@Nite (which used season four-onward’s template with clips from season one in the intro) and Netflix/HBO Max. How the reruns were broadcast off of Nick@Nite and how their intros credited Michelle’s actresses I’m not sure of.

so CBS tried something, it lasted half a decade, and then gave up and turned it into a comedy channel
@BrandonGiesing Жыл бұрын
It's not CBS, they had a small chunk of ownership but the owner and day to day operations is mostly Weigel aka the people that run MeTV.
@christiangonzales7429 Жыл бұрын
CBS sold their interest in the channel a few years ago, right after they merged with Viacom. What they should have done when that merger happened was introduce a new slate of classic programming and rebranded Decades as "TV Land Classic" using the same graphics, bumpers, logo and shows used from the original TV Land's launch.
