what causing the water goin left ? the conveyer take sludge to the right, its dont take water with it to?

It is not that the liquid goes to the left, actually the solids are extracted to the right, for that is observed only liquid on the left. At the same time on the far left "wide side" there is a centripetal pump, which together with the level tubes, extract the liquid. The bowl spins at 4000 or 4200RPM and the conveyor spins-in of the bowl-at 15 rpm or more depending on how dry you want the cake.
