Does someone know the operators if those turbines? Last time I was in Palm Springs was 1997. 🙈 Many of those types like Vestas and GE I own and operate by myself in Germany. ALL my 35 turbines are running due to high qualified wind turbine specialists. If any help is needed from the operators/owners, drop me a line. Kind of sad to see these work horses waiting for the doctor and no one helps to make them galopp again. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I worked on putting up those metal tower wind turbines as a simple laborer in 1985. Those were the first constructed there south of I-10. It was very crooked, most of my fellow laborers were immigrants from Mexico, probably with no papers. But the federal government was giving large subsidies to these energy companies to construct these wind farms. Typical Reaganomics, government subsidies for the rich, brutal conditions for the poor (nothing´s changed in 40 years).

This is just like Norway. Whole country getting destroyed by wind turbines not mutch nature left big birds like eagles getting killed by turbine blades. El pover transported from norway to other eu countrys for a dime. Rip norwegian nature. Just make me cry

That’s a rather delusional comment. I’m from Norway as well and what you’re saying is just not true. This is not at all just like Norway. If you want to worry about nature, worry about things like farmed salmon instead.
