Deccan art originated - Due to Araungazeb's rule, many Mughal paintings migrated to the south. Influence from: Persian, Mughal painting, and wall paintings of the south. Developed in: Ahmednagar, Bijapur, Golconda. History: Vijaynagar was defeated by Bahmani Empire. Five states became from the Bahmani Empire. Among them in these three places, the painting was developed. Originated in: decline of Mughal empire. 16th to 19th Century. Ahmedabad school :- Tarif-e-hussain - one of the manuscripts. Main patron - Sultan Hussain Nizam Shah (1). Mostly shown - depicts brave stories, rag mala. Features: has Iranian influence. Bijapur school:- Main Patron - Ali Adil Shah and Ibrahim 2 (his successor) Manuscript - Nazum-Ul-Ulum (science of stars) (876 paintings) Famous painting - Chand Bibi Playing Polo, Elephant Fight. Golconda School:- Main Patron - Ebrahim Qutub Shah. Provided patronage to artists in Vijaynagar and refugee artists of Mughal court. Famous paintings:- Set of 5. Mostly drawns: dancers Dancing girls and lady with myna bird. Is in: British Museum. Features of Deccan Miniature Paintings: 1. Women are sensuous and men are emotionally charged. 2. Women are slender, elongated neck, tall, fair complexion. 3. Figures endowed with lovely faces, large wide eyee, broad foreheads, triangular slanting waists, high necks, neatly carved figures. 4. Use of gold is done lavishly. Golden sky, pink mountains, use of blue, pink and gold is done. 5. Decorative or ornamental paintings: Rich and brilliant colours, costumes, flowerbeds.

Aor Deccan k kis sub school ki hain har jgh alg alg likha hua hai. 2 Chand bibi playing polo painting Deccan k kis school ki hai aap ne btaya bijapur k nuzum ul ululm ki hai but is manuscript to starting me bani thi aor NCERT me likha hai painting daccan k bhut baad me bani hai kai jgh golkunga bhi likha hai please resolve the confusion ma'am please.

1. Both are different paintings..belongs to Golconda school. 2. Chand bibi was queen of Bijapur n iski paintings bijapur mein bhi bni hain n golconda mein bhi ...These paintings highlights Chand Bibi's skill as a sportsperson and the popularity of the sport in the Deccani state. ..

Yes practical is for 70 marks...In class 12th practical paper will be in two sections...Term 1.nature study in .Water colour or poster colour medium on half size sheet...And in term two still life with oil pastels on half size sheet...
