curd 250g
cream 250ml
1 bunch of coriander leaves

green chillies 6
kebab chini 1 tablespoon
cinnamon stick 4
shazeera 1 tspn
clove 5-6
cardamom 15
mace ½ a tspn
juice of 1 big lemon
saffron strands ½ a tspn
ghee 2 tablespoon
cooking oil (as per your requirement)
ginger garlic paste 3 tablespoon
turmeric powder 1 tspn
salt 1 tspn (as per your taste)
red chilli powder 2 tspn
cardamom powder 2 tspn
coriander powder 2 tspn
black pepper powder 1 tspn
charcoal piece 2-3
plain luqmi
plain flour ½ kg
salt ½ a tspn
1 egg
curd 100g
clarified butter 2 tablespoon (ghee)
cooking oil 1 tablespoon
milk as required
