Intel is food for Octo, right? I do think the 3rd passive would be more interesting if it was like the Gourmet Chavez build where the closer to max intel you have, the more health - at the expense of your intel now decaying, rapidly at max intel but slowly at mid-intel. It would deal with the frustrations of Expertise 1, where you really don't need as much intel as that expertise can give you.

My favourite character! Numbers go up! Goo pods with expertise 3 works great because you can spycheck, toss a goo pod, then ruin their day.

King Octo is fun love to rush vault package with 30 intel and slow intel on package I just walk around with wall hacks

I'm a new player to the game, and I messed around with Octo's Passive 2 because it's hard for me to find a keycard sometimes; I think the most I've gotten my cap (without any chips) is 26? And I love how the ADS shot is a large projectile, helping my inability to aim.
