No doubt, construction quality is good, Location is nice but the legality of the plot and group housing is in doubt. People, please be aware of such societies which are not approved by authority. Please note that, Freehold doesn't mean you can build your house without proper map approval. also, you are required to get approval for the group housing, even for villages too.
